These biannual USPS rate increases greatly impact shipping costs for both buyers and sellers. I will continue to offer FIRST CLASS NON-TRACKED shipping as long as I am able to try and make purchasing needlework supplies slightly more affordable. MY SHIPPING POLICY FOR LIGHT ITEMS CONTINUES TO BE AS FOLLOWS (Since February 2016): SHIPPING FOR THIS ITEM: This listing includes FREE First Class Large Envelope shipping WITHOUT tracking, a $1.70 value. I do message a photo of either the postal receipt or your stamped and ready to mail package at or around 5pm (EST) on the day of mailing, but no later than 24 hours after mailing. This is the way I ship my international orders and I have over 5,975 (per Pricetronic) successful shipments since February 2016. If you wish to purchase tracking, please choose the second shipping option, First Class Package. For First Class LARGE ENVELOPE items, the third item purchased will automatically upgrade the shipping to include the Tracking option.  If you purchase two items and want tracking, please request an invoice and include a message at the bottom stating you want tracking so I can adjust the shipping amount downward to actual. ***All of my charts and fabric ship either in a resealable plastic baggie (chart packs and fabric) or a cellophane sleeve (booklets and leaflets). A piece of oaktag or shirtboard is included to help protect the item during shipping.*** INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I ship via First Class International Mail the same day if possible, no later than the next business day. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, I will no longer accept orders that have the item(s) shipped to a Freight Forwarding Company UNLESS the second shipping option (FC Package with Tracking) is chosen.
