Tissue toppers handmade by me in a smoke-free home.  These are completed items, not patterns. I ship First Class to all 50 states.  I do combine shipping ($4.50 for first item, $2.50 for each additional item).  I also ship globally via Ebay's Global Shipping Program (add'l shipping and taxes may apply; please see Ebay's rules/regulations); if you do order from outside the USA, please request a shipping weight before paying so I can give you a precise weight. I don't accept "special orders", but if something in my listed inventory is not currently in stock, please let me know that you're interested and I'll do my best to accommodate your request (please keep in mind these are handmade, and it will take some time to make).
