This pattern is taken from a cross stitch publication and is shipped to U.S. residents only either folded in a business letter envelope for free or in a sheet protector for $1.85 (neither choice include delivery confirmation).  If you want delivery confirmation, choose Media Mail  for $3.92.  You choose when you check out.  You receive the complete pattern with pictures, but not the complete publication.
