Vtg Blue & White Ruffled Cross Stitch

The pillow without ruffle measures approximately 14 x 14
With the ruffle it measures approximately  18 x 18
Between the pillow design and the blue ruffle is a cream colored lace.
It does need a proper cleaning.  We are not professional so we did not attempt to clean it at all.  The center design features a bird on green branches with berries and a cross stitched? border with hearts and a blue line.  It seems to be quite solidly made.
The pillow is very firm.
The blue material is very vibrant.
